Unlike objects, humans do not have a predetermined purpose to exist before they are born. They must search for their own life purpose. Objects, on the other hand, are created with a specific intended use. For example, a styrofoam block may be used to protect something of greater value. However, once it has served its purpose, it becomes garbage. In this artwork, the artist has given the styrofoam block a new purpose by reusing it and adding a new layer of paint. Now, its purpose is to tell and listen to new stories.
